The Senior Director, Data and Analytics will co-lead the enterprise data and analytics function, responsible for the platforms, engineering, integration, governance, and operating model that enable trusted, scalable insights across the company. This role is a key leader in a multi year global SAP S 4HANA program and will also own the maturation of Microsoft Fabric and the company's lakehouse strategy with OneLake. The role is IT led and business partnered, helping business units adopt a consistent model where IT delivers governed, reusable data foundations while enabling trained business report writers to build and maintain domain reporting in partnership with the central team.
This is a new role reporting to the SVP, IT Application Development, Data and Analytics and will partner closely with IT, Supply Chain, Sales, the SAP program PMO, and business analytics leaders.
The impact you'll make :
- Lead the enterprise lakehouse strategy on Microsoft Fabric and OneLake, including architecture, engineering standards, security, performance, cost management, and platform reliability.
- Own the centralized data pipeline approach for ingestion, transformation, and modeled data sets that can be reused across domains.
- Drive platform standards across Power BI and GitHub, including development workflows, version control practices, and repeatable release processes.
- Define the enterprise reporting and analytics strategy for S 4, including what is delivered through SAP versus Fabric, and how semantic models and enterprise KPIs will be governed.
- Lead KPI definition alignment, data validation processes, and program level controls required for delivery, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Partner tightly with the SAP program PMO and domain teams to ensure data and analytics deliverables remain on plan and meet quality expectations.
- Establish and lead the enterprise data governance council and operating cadence.
- Create a clear data stewardship strategy in partnership with business leaders, including stewardship roles, decision rights, and accountability.
- Stand up a data quality program with measurable SLAs, monitoring, and remediation workflows across critical data domains.
- Act as an executive level evangelist for the data and analytics strategy, explaining the central team structure, how it works, and how it benefits each department.
- Lead a mixed team of employees and contractors and drive high accountability delivery across engineering, integration, governance, and analytics.
- Set clear engineering expectations for quality, documentation, testing, and operational excellence.
- Build a high performance culture focused on execution, coaching, and continuous improvement.
- Scale delivery capacity through program contractors and consultants for SAP S 4, while maintaining standards and consistency across all workstreams.
Who you are :
10+ years of progressive leadership in enterprise data and analytics, including data engineering, BI, governance, and platform strategy.Experience building governance operating models, including councils, stewardship, decision rights, and quality programs.Expertise in enterprise data architecture including Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud (BDC), Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW4 / Hana and SAP S / 4HANA integration.Comfort leading mixed teams with significant contractor and consultant delivery.Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated salary of $180,750 - $241,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
