The Associate Financial Advisor (AFA) supports the Financial Advisor to further develop and enhance existing client relationships. The AFA will act as a key point of contact for clients on non-administrative requests. They will assist the Financial Advisor by attending client meetings and discussions covering financial planning, investment strategy, tax optimization and portfolio performance. The AFA will communicate with team members to assist with the coordination of all sales and service activities. They will also assist with business development to promote firm growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Identify and own the client onboarding process
- Assist the Financial Advisor with client’s review schedule
- Document client interactions and provide team with time sensitive updates
- Execute on team service model
- Engage team to address client’s needs
- Attend client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations, capture notes and follow up in Sales Force, and track all actions / activities to ensure highest level of client service
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and manage the resolution of client escalations
Qualifications :
