PRIMARY PURPOSE : As a Client Support Associate, you will assist customers—homeowners, contractors, and insurance carriers—with inquiries or concerns related to Property Repair Solutions, ensuring that we meet or exceed their expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Education & Licensing : High school diploma or GED required.
Experience : One (1) year in construction management, restoration, insurance claims, and customer service is required. Experience with Chronicle software is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge :

Mental : Strong conceptual thinking ability, excellent judgment, capability to manage work-related stress, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Physical : Computer keyboarding and occasional travel as required.
