PRIMARY PURPOSE : As a Client Support Associate, you will assist customers—homeowners, contractors, and insurance carriers—with inquiries or concerns related to Property Repair Solutions, ensuring that we meet or exceed their expectations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Receive, review, and dispatch new jobs to contractors based on job type and location.
  • Make outbound calls to promote services, assign contractors, schedule appointments, assist insurance adjusters, and establish program expectations.
  • Monitor ongoing jobs and follow up with homeowners to ensure the process is proceeding smoothly, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Handle inbound calls to provide customer service assistance, resolve minor issues, and schedule appointments or escalate as necessary.
  • Regular attendance during scheduled work hours is mandatory.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Perform other assigned duties.
  • Support the organization’s quality programs.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

    Education & Licensing : High school diploma or GED required.

    Experience : One (1) year in construction management, restoration, insurance claims, and customer service is required. Experience with Chronicle software is preferred.

    Skills & Knowledge :

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with PC, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem resolution and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build consensus and strengthen relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
  • Above-average typing speed and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • WORK ENVIRONMENT : Reasonable accommodations will be considered when appropriate.

    Mental : Strong conceptual thinking ability, excellent judgment, capability to manage work-related stress, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

    Physical : Computer keyboarding and occasional travel as required.

    Auditory / Visual : Ability to hear, see, and speak.
