Job Description

Responsibilities

Cleans the office according to a daily routine

Clean pantry

Stock cleaning supplies

Clean building floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them

Stock pantry food supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, etc.) as needed

Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses

Gather and empty trash.

Clean and polish furniture and fixtures

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees

Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment

Move and arrange furniture

Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, and chairs to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.

Inventory, cleaning supplies per guidelines provided

Maintain professional appearance

Informs the Office Services Team of all activities and any needs prior to the shift's end

Qualifications

Additional work consisting of overtime and / or on call duties may be required with this position.

Strong team player, strategic thinker, demonstrated focus on client satisfaction and awareness to individual team member requirements

Maintain high customer satisfaction and value for services provided. Develop and maintain positive customer relationship

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
