We are seeking a Compensation Program Manager who will be instrumental in shaping and managing our compensation initiatives. This important position will ensure our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our strategic business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the compensation function at PCG, overseeing all compensation programs and policies.
Manage base salary and incentive programs, salary structures, job evaluations, and market data assessments.
Conduct market analysis on PCG job roles to establish competitive positioning.
Drive the annual compensation cycle, encompassing system setup, budget modeling, data auditing, and related tasks.
Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including the maintenance of salary structures and job descriptions.
Ensure compliance with all compensation-related regulations and standards, adhering to federal, state, and local laws.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to align rewards with organizational objectives.
Assess job descriptions for FLSA compliance to classify positions appropriately.
Educate employees and managers on compensation policies and programs.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to link compensation strategies with recruitment efforts, attracting top candidates.
Required Skills
In-depth knowledge of compensation concepts and principles; capable of performing complex tasks within established frameworks.
Experience in managing teams and influencing personnel decisions.
Proficient in Workday Compensation.
Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Strong ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical, financial acumen, and proficiency in HR software.
Knowledge of best practices in compensation, HR data analysis, and employment law.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, time management, and project management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Supervisory Responsibility
This role entails people management with direct reports. All PCG managers are expected to :

Develop and cultivate high-performing individuals and teams.
Compensation :
Compensation for this role is competitive and influenced by various factors such as location, role specifications, skills, and experience levels. As mandated by law, the compensation range is set between $105,000 and $135,000 annually. Benefits include medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave.
