Sustainability Lead

Oversee and perform Envision-based sustainability assessments for infrastructure projects. Provide sustainability guidance to internal design teams across multiple projects. Collaborate with project teams and clients to integrate sustainable design solutions. Advise multidisciplinary teams with sustainable design input to maintain high-quality and cohesive project outcomes. Lead sustainability presentations for clients and help guide project execution in line with client sustainability goals. Delegate work, mentor junior staff, and manage delivery. Contribute to writing proposals and winning new work. Attend and participate in selected conferences. Contribute to the leadership and continued growth of Carollo's Resilience and Sustainability Technical Practice Qualifications Envision Sustainability Professional.
