Job Description

An established, voted one of the best places to work in the metro area is looking for an Architectural Designer to join their team of architects. They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects

Responsibilities :

  • Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
  • Review design documents and construction estimates
  • Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
  • Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

    • Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Degree in Architecture preferred
  • Experienced in using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
  • Ability to problem solve individually and as part of a team
  • Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats

    • Compensation / Benefits :

  • $55,000 to $75,000 base compensation
  • 3 weeks' vacation
  • 401k retirement plan with employer match
