A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Care Representative who provides customer service to loan holders from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome new customers and review loan information with them
Verify account information and assist customers with inquiries and payment processing
Make outbound calls to customers who are delinquent and document account notes
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or finance setting
Some college education or a college degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with CRM programs is desired
Fluency in English and Spanish is required
Availability to work between 8am and 8pm, including late nights and rotating Saturdays
