Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Enablement Associate to support critical workflows across its Clinical Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted resource for internal teams, validating and responding to operational workflow questions

Maintain and improve knowledge repositories, ensuring guidance is accurate and accessible

Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workflows and support special projects for operational scalability

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, or systems support

1 year of experience with Google Suite, Slack, and data analytics platforms

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field

Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with evolving processes

Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting
