Job Description:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Shift: Full Time Days

Location: 115 Boston Ave. Suite 2400, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701

• Serves as a resource for clinical inquiry process, including identification of potential projects, and/or subject matter expertise.

• Demonstrates a "spirit of inquiry" to support professional curiosity including research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement initiatives using the organization's preferred structure, i.e. PDSA (plan, do, study, act).

• Works with others to identify problems and solutions and collaboratively create and assists in the implementation of the changes planned.

• Creates a supportive environment for nursing research, scientific inquiry, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

• Disseminates evidence-based practice findings through educational programs, courses, and other activities. Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master'sAcute/Critical Care Nursing - Adult (CCRN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Nursing Professional Development - Board Certified (NPD-BC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$70,682.60 - $131,480.21
