ID : 73920345 Shift : 12H Days M, T, W, F 6 : 30-4 : 00 Description : Unit Med Tech days 40 hours per week. BLS is required.

• Fingernail policy : Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contractDOT Certification preferred at original contract, but required at extension (within 90 days) M-F 7 : 30a-4pRadius Rule : 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and / or Dignity.We have Siemens PET / CT Biograph Vision and Siemens E.CAMs. But as far as required equipment nothing is required we can train anyone to use them if they do not have experience with them.
• Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.
• Cancellation can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks. Charting BSN License to Trauma Level : 1 Care Shift Notes : M, T, W, F 6 : 30-4 : 00 Required , Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB Certificate Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Contract Weeks : 91
