This dual property with a total of 200 rooms features the WXYZ Bar, daily breakfast service, a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor pool, and the Diamond Conference Center offering dynamic event and meeting space. As the PM Cook / Houseman, you'll be a key part of our evening operations, supporting both culinary and facilities teams to ensure smooth guest experiences and spotless public spaces.

What You'll Do :

Culinary Support & Kitchen Sanitation :

• Assist with food prep and light cooking for bar offerings, small events, and kitchen needs
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, following all food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure cleanliness aligns with health department regulations
