This position will play a critical role in the human resources department, with providing support in the following areas :
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes by scheduling interviews, coordinating background screening, prepare new hire paperwork and onboarding.
- Assist with payroll process by reviewing timecards
- Heath benefits administration
- Leave of absence support
- Key administrative tasks supporting the HR department
The ideal candidate will :
have excellent organizational and detail-oriented skillshave excellent written and verbal communication skillsbe proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwarehave strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain confidentiality and to navigate sensitive and confidential situations with professionalismbe proficient with or adept at learning payroll, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar software systemsbe a team playerexperience in HR or related field (preferred, not required)
