You'll be responding to incidents or proactively working to build a better platform, your mission is to deliver an IT platform that empowers our end users, not one that gets in the way. We actively encourage curiosity and questions regarding why things are done a certain way, and welcome recommendations on how they can be improved.This is a hybrid work opportunity located in either New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA.

What you'll do :

• Provide IT support to StubHub teams, either in-person, through our technology support tools, or via our ticketing system
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, anticipating future needs while avoiding wasted surplus
• Support the transition from on-premise to Azure for a variety of corporate and production workloads
• Assist with IT systems onboarding / offboarding, ensuring every new hire hits the ground running and promptly deactivating accounts of employees that leave the organization
• Keep our corporate environment updated (via Intune, Kandji, Azure Update Management and with Third Party Tools such as Patch My PC) to keep our users and infrastructure secure
• Administer our productivity and collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Jira Cloud, Stack Overflow, Adobe, Confluence, as well as help drive employee engagement with these tools
• Work collaboratively in projects to further improve our procedures and processes

What we offer :

The anticipated gross salary range for this role is $67,000-$90,000 per year. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
