Core Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Leadership : Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, building trust through proactive communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
• Proactive Tax Planning : Lead the development and execution of tax strategies, collaborating with clients and advisory teams to optimize wealth management goals.
• Review Complex Returns : Oversee federal, state, local, and international tax filings for individuals and trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Estate & Wealth Advisory : Participate in sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer planning meetings with family office team and clients.
• Strategic Advisory : Act as a trusted advisor, identifying tax‑saving opportunities and providing clear, actionable advice.
• Team / Staff Leadership : Develop, inspire and mentor junior staff through a combination of challenging engagements including client management skills.
• Technology Leadership : Leverage tools like CCH Axcess to drive efficiency and accuracy across engagements and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Compensation

Target Salary – Commensurate with the level of experience + discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including 401K.
