Overview

Trident Consulting is seeking a React.js Developer for one of our clients. Location : Onsite – San Francisco, CA or San Ramon, CA. Type : Contract.

Interview : In-person final interview required.

Responsibilities

Develop frontend applications with a strong emphasis on responsive UI / UX design and component architecture.
Hands-on experience with Material-UI, Styled Components, Webpack, Rollup, and Storybook.
Experience with React-Router-Dom (advanced knowledge : parent-child routing) and DOM manipulation with performance tuning.
Manage state with Zustand, Redux, Context API, and custom hooks; ensure reusability and optimization of components.
Write tests using Jest and React Testing Library; integrate and consume RESTful APIs.
Work with Azure Cloud services for frontend deployment; familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
Understand Module Federation and Micro Frontend architecture; optimize performance for large-scale applications.

Must Have Skills

Frontend Development (4–5 Years) :

Proficient in responsive UI / UX design and component architecture.

Hands-on experience with Material-UI, Styled Components, Webpack, Rollup, Storybook.

React-Router-Dom (advanced knowledge : parent-child routing).

DOM manipulation and performance tuning.

State management tools (Zustand, Redux, Context API) and custom hooks.

Testing with Jest / React Testing Library.

Integrating and consuming RESTful APIs.

Experience with Azure Cloud for frontend deployment; familiarity with CI / CD and Azure DevOps.

Understanding of Module Federation and Micro Frontend architecture.

Performance optimization for large-scale applications.

Non-Functional Requirements (NFR)

Strong understanding of Security, Performance, and Accessibility best practices.

Should Have

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with global teams.

Good understanding of containerization (Docker) and application configuration.

Familiarity with caching strategies and optimization techniques.

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js (SSR & SEO optimization).

Knowledge of DevExtreme DataGrid for large datasets and BI Dashboards.

Experience with ExcelJS for advanced data export functionality.

Hands-on experience in component library integration.
