[job_card.job_description]Work Schedule : Full-time or Part-time (min. 3 days), Monday - Saturday Professional Growth : Collaborative environment in a multi-specialty practice Impactful Work : Provide essential primary care services to a diverse community Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and / or family patients Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive health care Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests Collaborate with physicians and specialists within the multi-specialty practice Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Education : Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited NP program Licensure : Active New York State NP License Certification : Must be Board Certified Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in Primary Care required Soft Skills : Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, patient-centered approach, and ability to work in a team setting Competitive Compensation : $180,000 - $200,000 per year Comprehensive Benefits : Malpractice Health Insurance Vacation PTO Sick Days CME 401K (Non-contributory) Licenses and Certification reimbursement
