Starting Salary: $175,000 - $250,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to provide legal guidance across a range of corporate matters. This role will support regulatory compliance and advise on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in corporate law and the ability to address complex legal issues with sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate issues.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
• Handle intellectual property matters, including trademarks and patents.
• Support litigation efforts and dispute resolution processes.
• Consult with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate law and relevant regulations.
• Prepare legal documents and ensure accuracy in legal writing.

Qualifications

• Admission to WSBA
• JD (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate law
• Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and tax law
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Ability to handle litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong interpersonal skills and client consultation experience
• Experience in risk management and due diligence processes
