A company is looking for a Quality Coordinator RN Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements quality management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Conducts medical record reviews to evaluate patient care and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborates with healthcare teams to coordinate quality improvement initiatives and provides guidance on best practices
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in quality management or performance improvement in a healthcare setting preferred
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and / or Compact State Licensure required
CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred
Strong understanding of healthcare quality measures and regulatory standards
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and quality reporting tools
