Production Clerk

The Production Clerk shall be responsible for the monitoring and control of production-related duties including, but not limited to, daily inventory, trucking shipments, appointment scheduling, and product control level reporting. Their scope of work will also include that in relation to Title V reporting, production data input, and other duties specified by the Site Director. Essential Functions include :

• Reporting to and following the directions of Site Director.
• Completing and maintaining weekly reports. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerBI, and Access. Complete correspondence as needed.
• Keeping management personnel up to date on warehouse operations through verbal and written communications.
• Completing all paperwork neatly and correctly and filing.
• Compiling and tracking data from daily Production History Report.
• Compiling reports for both butter and powder production as needed.
• Keeping running track of production on both Niro, Damrow, and Walker dryers.
• Performing entry of emissions data into Title V database program.
• Preparing and presenting monthly Title V data to Site Director.
• Preparing and submitting Annual and Semi-Annual Title V documentation.
• Creating purchase orders for new footwear requests, managing inventory of shoes and overshoes kept on-site.
• Assisting with the ordering of supplies and packaging.
• Working with outside vendors.
• Providing support services to other departments, including HR, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Safety, and Warehouse as needed.
• Following all safety and working rules.
• Must have the ability to get along with co-workers, management personnel, customers, vendors, and employees in accordance with the company policies and working rules while ensuring a harmonious and conducive work environment.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing towards a quality environment.
• Excellent regular full-time attendance in support of company objectives.
• Using initiative and judgment in making decisions, keeping with California Dairies, Inc. best interests.
• Supporting and enforcing SQF / QA, GMP, Safety policies and procedures, and production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRESNO, CA.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
