We are looking for a  Field Project Manager, Construction Operations  to help lead our Renovation Management operations in NORTHERN CALIFORNIA markets to oversee ongoing REO & REIT projects, Contractor mentoring, orientation & performance, as well as developing policies and procedures for each step in the process.  National experience with large institutional clients like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Real Estate Investment Companies is essential.
