Job Title : Construction Safety Program Manager

Location : Boulder CO. This role is not a remote position and will be working on the construction site.

Summary :

The Safety Field Representative (CFR) will serve as the Safety Program team's in the field representative during construction operations for all capital projects at the manufacturing site. This role is responsible for auditing and monitoring all construction work to ensure compliance with established safety programs and procedural requirements.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

None

Essential Functions :

• Understand and ensure adherence to all expected safety processes and procedures related to construction and site operations.
• Engage directly in the field with construction and operations teams to enforce compliance with safety programs, including :

Lockout / Tagout (LOTO)

Education & Experience

Physical Requirements :

Travel : Working on site in Boulder, CO.

Salary : $50,000 - $85,000 per year depending on experience level.
