The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Sales team and Project Managers with planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects while helping to ensure these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. You will need to interact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain necessary information and provide guidance. In addition, you will monitor the resources expended on multiple customer projects providing cost estimates and summaries prior to final invoicing. EnviroServe projects involve hazardous and specialized waste transportation, remediation, and disposal.
