• French Consulting is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide complex, non-medical case management and resource coordination for service members.
• You'll leverage your VA benefits expertise and understanding of TDRL/PDRL systems to help Marines and their families access the support they've earned—and your work will contribute to real-world impact for those who serve.
• This position is an excellent fit for a military spouse, veteran, or someone with first-hand experience supporting military life , offering both professional fulfillment and the opportunity to work independently while serving the Marine Corps community.
• What You’ll Do Non-Medical Case Management Provide comprehensive non-medical case management services to service members and their families.
• Coordinate resources across military, federal, and community support systems.
• Monitor case progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and track outcomes. Benefits Navigation & Expertise Guide service members through complex benefits applications, appeals, and transitions.
• Provide consultation on eligibility requirements, timelines, and documentation needed for various benefit programs.
• Advocate for clients to ensure they receive all entitled benefits and services.
• Stay current on changes to federal benefits policies and regulations. Resource Allocation & Coordination Build and maintain relationships with federal agencies, VA facilities, and community organizations.
• Connect clients with healthcare, financial, educational, employment, and social support resources.
• Track resource utilization and program effectiveness. Independent Work & Travel Work autonomously to manage a caseload while maintaining quality standards.
• Travel 20-30% to military installations, VA facilities, and client locations throughout the region.
• Conduct on-site assessments, participate in installation events, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Represent the organization professionally at meetings, conferences, and outreach activities. Who You Are You're experienced in VA benefits and military disability systems, with proven ability to navigate complex federal programs.
• You can work independently, manage your time effectively, and make sound decisions without constant oversight.
• You understand Marine Corps culture and can communicate effectively with service members and their families.
• You may be a military spouse or veteran yourself—or simply someone who values service and purpose.
