Recruiting Coordinator (Hybrid – San Francisco, CA)
Location : San Francisco, California — Hybrid with physical attendance onsite 3 days per week (choice of days among Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday required)
Employment Type : Contract (February 2026 – February 2028)
Compensation : $28.48 per hour rate is firm / no flexibility
My client, a leading, well-established financial services organization, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced talent acquisition team. Responsibilities
- Provide recruiting support services in alignment with established processes, standards, and systems
- Coordinate Ad Hoc and Power Day interview scheduling
- Serve as the primary scheduling contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
- Negotiate and finalize interview times across multiple calendars
- Guide candidates through the interview process (onsite and virtual)
- Partner with recruiters, interviewers, and administrative teams to ensure flawless execution of interviews
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships across the hiring organization
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Positively represent the organization and promote a strong employer brand to candidates
- Oversee candidate travel coordination and communications with recruiting and travel partners
- Prepare interview materials, reports, and files for hiring discussions and consensus meetings
Minimum Qualifications
Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)At least 1 year of customer service or client-facing experienceAbility to commute onsite to the San Francisco office Monday–Thursday as requiredPreferred Qualifications
