Mental Health Therapist (Independent Contractor-Looking for a long-term fit)

  • Join our team of tenured therapists!

Our wellness practice is looking for a compassionate and motivated therapist to join our team as a full-time 1099 contractor. This role offers the rare opportunity to step into an already established client base within a supportive and holistic environment.

What We're Looking For :

  • A Master's degree in Social Work is required.
  • Must hold an active LSW (LISW preferred).
  • License must be current and unrestricted.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • At least two years of clinical experience providing therapy to adults and teens.
  • A strong interest in or openness to holistic and transpersonal approaches to therapy.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system (Chromebook provided).
  • Offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
  • Manage a caseload of roughly 30 one-hour sessions per week.
  • Have some flexibility for evening or weekend availability, depending on client demand.

  • Administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, and marketing—so you can focus on your clients.
  • Weekly supervision (both individual and group) and ongoing training in holistic methods.
  • Biweekly pay, including compensation for no-shows and late cancellations (for commercial insurance).
