Key Responsibilities
Provide professional technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing system
Support mobile device setup, application configuration, and user navigation
Document and update support tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of technical support or help desk experience
Strong knowledge of mobile devices (Android / iOS), tablets, and PCs
Familiarity with service desk tools, preferably ServiceNow
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
