Senior Budget & Administrative Analyst

to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with advanced analytical, budgeting, and administrative expertise who can provide leadership, strategic insight, and guidance in fiscal and administrative operations.

Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of budgets, financial forecasts, and fiscal reports

Provide expert recommendations to leadership on financial strategies and resource allocation

Oversee and review complex financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting processes

Develop, implement, and maintain fiscal and administrative policies and procedures

Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and analysts on best practices

Collaborate with department heads and executives to support strategic planning and decision-making

Ensure compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations during audits and reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
