Enrollment Advisor LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring on a contract to perm basis an Enrollment Advisor for our client in Tempe, AZ. In this role you will be advising students on the financial commitments for their education. You will be speaking with students via phone and email to ensure they are aware of the costs, billing and financing options they have. You'll be providing stellar customer service and ensuring each student has a clear picture of the financial cost of their education and how they will be paying for that cost.
Job duties: - Advise prospective students on our education programs, admission requirements, and application process
- Conduct student interviews and evaluate their academic backgrounds and career goals to determine their eligibility for our programs
- Provide accurate and timely information to prospective students regarding financial aid options, scholarships, and program costs
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure that all applicants meet the requirements and are properly enrolled in the programs
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, alumni, and education partners to promote our programs and increase enrollment rates
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education industry trends and changes in admission policies and regulations
- Work with other departments, including marketing and student services, to ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment
Your qualifications must include: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Education Enrollment Advisor, preferably in a higher education setting
- Strong knowledge of education industry trends, admission policies, and financial aid options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
