Job Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal / Legal Assistant for an onsite, contract to permanent position with our client in Nashville. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of in-house, corporate legal experience. Experience with contracts and franchising is a plus. Essential duties include drafting, redlining, managing, and negotiating contracts, performing legal and factual research, and helping to prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
