This role is hands-on with Revit modeling, clash detection, and BIM coordination meetings with both internal teams and external partners. You will create information models from PDFs and CAD files, develop 2D / 3D shop drawings, and present coordinated models to stakeholders — with no field work required.
Key responsibilities and highlights include :
- Create, update, and manage BIM information models throughout design, construction, and operational phases.
- Prepare models for multi-discipline coordination, resolve clashes, and report issues for further review (RFIs).
- Produce project deliverables such as drawings, reports, panel books, panel layouts, and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), including all naming, coding, and data standards.
- Use Autodesk Construction Cloud and other CDE platforms to upload, track, and manage model versions and revisions.
- Develop and maintain graphical and non-graphical data in accordance with project requirements and client standards.
- Focus on Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and structural blueprint interpretation.
