[job_card.job_description]Design customized workout plans to help members meet their fitness goals. Conduct fitness assessments and provide professional instruction. Build a personal training client base and retain clients over time. Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.). CPR / AED certified and committed to continuing education. Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills. Integrity – We do what’s right, not what’s easy. Service – We put our teammates and members first in every interaction. Courage – We lead with strength, even in uncertainty. Responsibility – We take ownership of our roles, results, and relationships. Passion – We bring energy, purpose, and positivity to every space we enter. Prior Personal Trainer experience is preferred, but not required. High School Diploma or GED Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Fitness, or related field, or National Personal Training Certification
