Title- .Net Developer

Location : Prefer Dallas, TX, charlotte, NC, or Minneapolis, MN

Onsite : 3 days a week

About this role :

Wells Fargo is looking for a Software Engineer 4 to support the ITE application portfolio as part of the IAM Tools Engineering team (ITE). The ITE team develops custom tools that support the Identity and Access Management organization within Wells Fargo. This position will be responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, and analysis for features for new and existing applications.

A successful candidate will have related agile experience developing solutions in an iterative manner and, most importantly, have an agile mindset.

In this role, you will :

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of C#.NET Core or .NET Framework experience
  • 4+ years of experience with Entity Framework
  • 8+ years of UI design experience with MVC (Model-View-Controller) Framework, Razor Pages, and / or Blazor Views
  • 5+ years of experience developing RESTful web services using .NET Core
  • 5+ years of SQL Server experience
  • 5 + years of JavaScript Frameworks experience (jQuery, Ext JS, Kendo UI or Angular JS)
  • 8+ years of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) experience
  • 2 + years of experience with PCF (Pivotal cloud foundry) deployments
  • 4 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following Enterprise Pipeline Tools : uDeploy (Urbancode Deploy), GITHub, Jenkins, Fortify, Blackduck
  • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
  • Experience mentoring / training team members on .NET Core development techniques for PCF
  • Prior experience working within the Wells Fargo Enterprise Pipeline / Pivotal Cloud Foundry environments
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
  • Test driven development experience a plus
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
