[job_card.job_description]Flooring – Vinyl / Tile Doors and windows Trim and molding Cabinets, countertops, and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Support continuous improvement initiatives and process innovation. Occasionally travel to customer sites for maintenance, troubleshooting, and product commissioning. Work overtime on weekdays and weekends to support business needs. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and organized work area by performing routine housekeeping tasks, including sweeping floors, disposing of waste properly, and removing stray products or debris from the workspace. Take on additional responsibilities and support cross-functional tasks as needed to meet operational goals. Minimum two years of experience in carpentry or related trade with the use of hand and power tools. Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction techniques. Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.) High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated problem-solving abilities combined with strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Capable of reading and writing in English to ensure clear communication and accurate documentation. Valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and diligent in fulfilling responsibilities. Ability to lead or follow as needed. Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Ability to work independently and as a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Plumbing or electrical experience OSHA 10-hour training MSHA 40-hour training Spanish language proficiency Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our production team. The Carpenter – Production Tech will be responsible for a wide range of hands-on projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards
Key responsibilities
Maintain a safety-first mindset and work safely operating various equipment, hand and power tools, and sustain clean and safe work area. Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks, including :
Structural Work
- Framing, drywall, and paneling
- Structural Sealing & Waterproofing
- Insulation / Drywall / Paneling
- Finish Work
Paint & Wall finishes
Technical Skills Required
