ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Representative for Jesse Herrera State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
  • Ability to identify needs and make recommendations.
  • Spanish / bilingual representatives preferred, but not required.

    • NON-NEGOTIABLE :

  • Must obtain a Property & Casualty License prior to starting employment.
  • Must have a desire to succeed.
  • A Positive, can do attitude is necessary.
  • Must be comfortable on the phones making outbound sales calls.
  • Competitive team players preferred.
