Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavior Analyst at Steps Therapy located in San Francisco, CA and or Marin County. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis assessments, implementing applied behavior analysis interventions, providing parent education, utilizing psychology principles, and implementing behavior management strategies to support individuals with special needs.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Knowledge of Psychology principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field
