How you’ll contribute

• Tackle residential service and repair calls, including high-complexity diagnostics.
• Detect issues early and help customers avoid callbacks and unexpected failures.
• Offer multiple solution paths and keep homeowners fully informed.
• Educate customers on quality, value, and maintenance / service agreements.
• Own your performance metrics and aim to outperform revenue goals.

Physical realities of the job

Expect to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and stoop; use hands to finger and handle controls; hear and speak clearly; reach with hands and arms; climb ladders; and work in hot or cold spaces such as crawl areas. You will routinely lift 50+ pounds. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. You’ll also work outdoors in multiple seasons; conditions vary with the scope of work.
