A respected outpatient clinic in Kingman, AZ is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team in delivering high-quality, community-based family medicine. Compensation & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Perform physical exams, preventive care screenings, and wellness visitsDiagnose and treat minor injuries and acute illnessesManage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPDOrder and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testsCounsel patients on health education, lifestyle changes, and treatment adherenceCoordinate referrals and ensure follow-up care is completedMaintain accurate records within the electronic health record (EHR) systemContribute to internal quality initiatives and peer review activitiesQualifications
Active and unrestricted Arizona license as an NP or PAGraduate of a U.S.-based accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program(Note : Programs based in Puerto Rico are not accepted)
DEA certification (or eligibility prior to start)Able to credential with Medicare, Medicaid, and major commercial insurance plansNo history of malpractice or disciplinary actionsPreferred : At least one year of experience in outpatient primary care or family medicineInterested in Joining the Team?
