Responsibilities :
- Full life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals
- IT and Engineering
- Utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Building and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire
- Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients
- Knowledge of Bullhornis a plus Interested candidates should have :
- 2-3 years' experience recruiting for Engineering / IT roles
- Experience in arecruiting environment supporting both direct hire andcontract positions
- Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
- Driven, Upbeat, positive attitude
- Ability to develop long term relationships with candidates
