The Planogram Specialist collaborates with Category Leadership Managers to deliver merchandising solutions and decision support that strengthen our Category Captaincies and drive growth at Target. Accountabilities include co-ownership of the customer relationship, POG development analysis & execution, managing on-going trait updates and required data base maintenance. Additionally, this position supports planogram reporting, ad hoc analytics and insights development using a variety of resources (Circana, JDA, TCN, etc).

Responsibilities :

• Builds multiple versions of planograms based on pre-established assortment, clustering alternatives, fixture variations, and merchandising guidelines.
• Reviews and validates all planograms for adherence to Target strategy and conformity to standards; applies revisions as needed.
• Supports POG execution for Meals / Snacks Categories while forecasting workload requirements for successful project completion.
• Maintains robust database environment to include store / item attribution, performance data uploads, and ongoing project store creation as needed.
• Conducts ad-hoc analytics to answer business management questions and provides support of business reviews and insights development projects.
• Manages weekly category reporting by reviewing and communicating results, maintaining reporting databases, and creating new reports as needed.

Requirements :

Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Foundational ability to manage projects, work independently and within a team environment. Demonstrated ability to show initiative, tenacity, problem-solving.

Occasional Travel to include national meetings, local customer meetings, store visits, etc.

The approximate target compensation range for this role is $80K to $90K . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
