Our Avondale hospital serves the communities of Avondale, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, and Buckeye. It is the only 24-hour emergency animal hospital in the Southwest region of the Phoenix metro area. The 7,000-square-foot facility, opened in 2009, houses advanced technology and equipment, including a Snyder oxygen kennel, two ultrasound machines, surgical suites, and a complete in-house laboratory with a NOVA blood gas analyzer.

BluePearl Avondale offers a variety of services, including 24 / 7 emergency medicine, advanced diagnostics and therapeutics, critical care, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, nutritional support, and surgery. We also partner with a dermatology group two days a week.

Compensation and Sign-On Bonus :

This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly.

Pay Range Disclaimer : The compensation range includes average base + production compensation. BluePearl also offers additional ancillary benefits, including, but not limited to, shift differentials and weekend differentials. These ancillary benefits may fluctuate by region and / or hospital. Please discuss specific ancillary benefits with your interviewer.
