Temporary Legal Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Temporary Legal Operations Specialist for a remote position lasting approximately 6 months.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the eBilling system, including matter creation, updates, and law firm / vendor onboarding

Create and manage purchase orders, and oversee vendor onboarding and contract review processes

Support knowledge management, workflow automation, and general operations for the Legal team

Required Qualifications

Experience with eBilling systems and matter management

Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management

Proficiency in project management tools, such as Asana

Ability to handle administrative coordination for law enforcement requests

Experience in legal operations or a related field is preferred
