Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 14-week contract in Athens, Georgia — earn up to ($1572 - $1655 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
Utilize electronic health records for accurate documentation.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Assist in the orientation and training of new staff.
Manage time efficiently to prioritize patient care tasks.
Experience / Qualifications
Valid RN license in Georgia and BLS certification required.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in MedSurg nursing preferred, with strong clinical skills.
Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ability to monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately.
Time management skills to prioritize patient care effectively.
Proficient in electronic health records and documentation practices.
Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols essential.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.
