As a member of this team, you will contribute to CDM Smith's success by :

• Developing project scope of work and fee proposals.
• Managing task or project-level budgets and schedules.
• Providing day-to-day direct oversight of traction power planning and design projects.
• Developing project design criteria, construction plans, construction specifications, and cost estimates.
• Writing technical reports.
• Assign daily work, and mentor junior staff.
• Manages implementation plans as appropriate.
• Collaborates with sales staff to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposal (RFPs).
• Reviews draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local, and federal regulations and best practices.
• Meets with current and potential future clients to review their current and future organizational needs.
• May participate in professional associations and societies, attend conferences, contribute to papers, etc.

Background Check and Drug Testing Information : CDM Smith Inc. and its divisions and subsidiaries reserves the right to require background checks including criminal, employment, education, licensure, etc. as well as credit and motor vehicle when applicable for certain positions. Pay Range Minimum : $119,829

Pay Range Maximum : $209,726

Additional Compensation : All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.

Work Location Options : Hybrid Work Options may be considered for successful candidate.
