• We are hiring immediately for full time and part time SOUS CHEF positions.
• Location : Penn Highlands Elk - 763 Johnsonburg Road, Saint Marys, PA 15857. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time and part time schedules. Days and hours may vary, including rotating weekends. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous culinary or food service experience preferred.
• Pay Range : $17.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
