• Job Purpose :
• Shooting, producing, and editing digital marketing content projects for Full Court Partners (FCP) properties, inclusive of the Dallas Wings of the WNBA. This role will require a strong knowledge of traditional digital marketing channels and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will bring in a creative mindset that includes the ability to engage in storytelling concepts through video and photography.
• Duties and Responsibilities :
• Create entertaining and informative content with dynamic visual storytelling through unique and exceptional videography, photography and editing skillset. \
• Prepare, produce, and direct live and pre-recorded content for Wings digital and assist with production of social media content. \
• Create digital content for various internal teams including Marketing, Community, Sponsorship, Ticket Sales, and Dallas Wings Community Foundation to be utilized across all outlets, including, but not limited to in-arena content, social media content and local broadcast content.
• Champion of all logging of video footage and photography on a weekly basis. \
• Collaborate with entire content & creative teams on all campaigns and tent-pole projects with goals of driving revenue and social media engagement.
• Lead assignment of gameday / game night video and editing duties with Wings. \
• Ability to help teach editing techniques and skills to other content team members.
• Assist in live-streamed coverage and events.
• Stay up to date on latest video & production trends and equipment to help create innovation strategy and leverage in the day-to-day content.
• Travel for away games and other tent-pole events.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Game Day Duties / Responsibilities :
• Prolonged standing, walking and extended work hours.
• Prepare and produce all team content. \
• Must be available to attend all home games for the Dallas Wings, as well as attend select community and networking events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and / or holidays.

• Job Requirements :
• What We Need from Our Content Producer :
• Intermediate ability with video equipment, camera settings and formats.
• Intermediate in videography and photography.
• Intermediate technical and editing sills including strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• High attention to detail and organization skills are required.
• Strong background working in a collaborative, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work night, weekends and some holidays surrounding live events and games.
• Knowledge of sports including WNBA.
• Formal Education & Relevant Work Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in digital media production including videography and editing.
• Motion Design experience preferred.
• Portfolio required
