We are looking for a Software Engineer 3 to join a growing team in Hanover, Maryland.

Responsibilities :

Experienced with JavaScript
Skilled in UX / UI design and implementation
Experience meeting 508 Compliance Mandates
Familiar with React, Vue 3 framework
Proficient in use of Gitlab, CI / CD, build pipelines

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines. An additional 4+ years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years.

8+ years of Software Engineering experience

3+ years work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains

US citizenship and an active security clearance required

Desired Experience :

Familiar with AWS tools and services

Actively participate in code reviews

The developer will introduce and incorporate software development best practices into the team's development process

Collaborate with junior developers to improve their knowledge and experience with development best practices

Mentor junior developers

Create and expand unit and end to end testing

Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and document test results

Experience Performing Development in the eVo environment to include familiarity and use of tools in the environment (GreyBox, Spring etc.)

Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware / software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software components

Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application

Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.

Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs

Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.

Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams
