[job_card.job_description]Requires a College Degree and 4+ years in the insurance industry with underwriting, sales, account management, or other directly related experience. Insurance licensing required. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements. Extensive knowledge of personal insurance underwriting with high net worth carriers. Strong sales and client relationship and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to assess risk needs of complex consumers and recommend insurance solutions. Proven analytical, marketing and organizational skills. Capability to do the work of the group. Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards. Ability to lead and train lower level staff. Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities. Sound problem solving and collaboration skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - START DAY ONE! Life and Disability Insurance, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance. We are currently looking for an Insurance Account Executive - Personal Lines. This position will be located at our downtown Salt Lake City, UT location.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to :
- Responsible for planning and strategies to retain and expand current customer relationships.
- Responsible to build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increased revenue.
- Ensures high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
- Assists with client engagement activities, including identifying requirements and putting together proposals.
- Assists with maintenance of data management systems
- Ensures goals and objectives of the team are met.
- Ensures all applicable regulations, policies, and procedure are followed.
- Stays abreast of the regulatory environment and market trends in the insurance industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
