As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of the project team—keeping documentation, billing, contracts, and closeout processes buttoned up while supporting Project Managers and Superintendents with their day-to-day needs. From kickoff to completion, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Maintain and organize project documentation from setup through closeout
• Prepare and process accurate project billings in coordination with accounting
• Support contract administration, including change orders and compliance tracking
• Assist with budgets, permits, RFIs, submittals, and project drawing distribution
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and prepare meeting minutes
• Provide administrative support that enables Project Managers and Superintendents to focus on client and field operations
