[job_card.job_description]Support manufacturing, quality, and commissioning activities Support assembling, bring up, testing, troubleshooting of liquid cooling equipment in preparation for shipping to customer locations Production planning – optimize processes, schedule, and daily operations Participate in process improvement, quality and compliance Specify production tooling, fixtures, jigs Support installation, calibration and maintenance of in-house production equipment
Qualifications :
- BS – Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing of complex electromechanical equipment (Thermal or Cooling equipment preferred)
- Fluent in Mandarin, able to travel overseas
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ability to read and interpret mechanica, electrical and P&ID schematics, SAP or other ERP systems
- Strong familiarity with PFMEA, root cause analysis
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
- Familiarity with welding, brazing, thermal insulation
